  • Do I have to have a gym membership with the program?
    No, a lot of members work out from home. However for optimal results you will need some weights at home if you do not have access to a gym.
  • Is there a guarantee the program will work?
    If you implement and adhere to the program, show up every day with a positive attitude, have the willingness to put in the work, ask us questions and give it your all, there is no reason why this shouldn't work for you. If you find it is not working for you, then we are here to evaluate possible blocks that may be preventing you from seeing results, this is where opting for the testing really gets you the best results and can show us possible block before you even begin. Putting in the work alongside having the coaches to keep you accountable and working with your test results is the true recipe for success. Although we are confident you can still get amazing results even if you don't opt for the package with testing.
  • Does the program provide meal plans?
    No we do not provide meal plan but we do offer recipes. Meal plans do not work long term as it only gives you instructions on what to eat but not why you should be eating those foods. Meal plans can restrict your freedom & education. This is why 95% of people who lose weight end up gaining it back and more. Instead, we teach you the principles of nutritional periodization & flexible dieting and how you can create your own diet based on the foods you enjoy. This way, you are continuously educating yourself about your food choices and ratios. This will allow you to have complete control and freedom over your diet over the long haul.
  • What certifications & qualifications do you and your coaches have?
    My team has expertise in Functional Health coaching specific to women their peri- post menopause years. In addition to her Health certifications, Heather has a Bachelor of Science in Health & Communications, is an HTMA Expert and holds following fitness certifications: Comprehensive Pilates Mat & Reformer, TRX Personal Training, TRX for seniors, Trigger Point Foundations, Think Fit Stretching, The Female Physique: The Link Between Nutrition, Hormones and Strength Training. All health coaches on my team hold a health coach certification approved by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
  • Do I have to know how to track calories or macros in the program?
    If you're not familiar with calories, macros and nutritional periodization, it's okay! We familiarize you throughout the length of the program to help you achieve those sustainable results you are looking for with out having to navigate counting calories or macros.
  • Do I get my own personal coach?
    You are assigned a 1:1 session with a coach who will speak with you at the beginning of the program during your intake stage. You will also have access to monthly or biweekly group calls pending the package you choose with your coach to help shift your mindset while building sustainable lifelong strategies. Your coach will do multiple check ins with you during the program to help you stay motivated and inspired. The amount of 1:1, group calls, and check ins may vary by packages purchased.
  • What is the cost of program?
    Our program offers 3 packages—Foundation, Premium, and VIP—tailored to your unique health goals. Our Foundation program is for 2 months which focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, and training without any testing. However if you have a comprehensive blood panel done with in 2 weeks of starting the program by your doctor we can review and apply the results to your program for an additional fee. Our Premium program is for 4 months, which includes customized nutrition, training, HTMA, and GI MAP tests including lab reviews. Our VIP program offers a 1 year personalized plan with two rounds of testing and lab reviews. During our consultation call, we’ll discuss these options in detail to advise you on the best package that is suitable for your needs.
  • What if I can not afford the program?
    As much as we like to encourage people to sign up to the program, we don't put pressure on those who have significant financial concerns. We also like to remind people that if they do choose to invest in themselves, their health and fitness goals and in the program, they are not just signing up for another fitness fad or diet plan but rather they are making a lifelong investment and commitment for their future. The education learned in the program, along lifestyle recommendations they will need for the rest of their lives not just during the duration of the program . Not to mention the program teaches you to be your health advocate which in turn can saves you thousands of dollars from unnecessary testing and supplements.
