Sorting through all the information on what works and doesn't can be stressful and overwhelming.. so I did it for you!
It can be frustrating and confusing trying to get your body back during the change!  Should I work out more.. or less.. eat carbs, don't eat carbs.. high fat, low fat .. should I take HRT, BHRT, or none?
I have studied it all for you..Im here help, and motivate you in finding what works for YOUR body and your lifestyle! 
All I need from you is the willingness to work on it. There is no free ticket here. Work does have to be done and some changes do have to be made to get there .. But feeling healthy is worth it!
